Dropping off your documentation is the easiest and fastest way to get your return prepared. During our office hours we will be happy to take the documents from you. If you have a question, you can e-mail us before drop off and we will respond as quickly as possible, or you can ask at the time of drop off. Many times someone can answer the question right away, and if not, we will ask you provide us with the best method of reaching you. You can rest assured, if you have any questions, we will make sure they get answered! It would be extremely helpful for you to download and fill out the Engagement Letter and submit with your documentation.
You can also drop the documents in our secure mailbox located outside our office. Please be sure you have all the necessary documents and have included the Engagement Letter.
Some of our most loyal clients come from around the nation, and like them, we welcome you to mail your documents to us at our mailing address. To best protect you, we suggest using a certified mailing method. As with the unattended drop-off, please be sure you have all the necessary documents and have included the Engagement Letter.
We will do our best to estimate the time your return will take to process. It is important to note that the time it takes to complete your return can vary greatly depending on the accuracy of the information we are given. We will never rush out a return until it has met our stringent checking process. With all factors considered, we get your return processed as soon as possible. We’ll notify you as soon as your return is ready. When you come in to pick up your return it will be reviewed with you by one of tax professionals. Reviewing the return will answer any questions you may have and provide you with any tax information or planning we think would be helpful.
No appointment is necessary to pick up your return. Evenings and Saturdays are our busiest times and wait times do vary as the filing deadline approaches. If you wish, you may make an appointment. We will let you know if an appointment is needed.
